DISPOSAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Good Neighbor International hereby invites interested bidders for one car NISSAN/QASHQAI manufactured in 2012.
The cars will be visited at Good Neighbors International Head Office located at Kimihurura, opposite Lemigo hotel (FAIR VIEW building 3rd floor) from 11th up to 15th June 2024 during working hours (8:00 am -17:00pm).
The letter of price including bidder’s account details (Account number and Account name and related Bank name) in sealed envelope with a photocopy of ID or Register of commerce, must reach at GNI-Rwanda Head Office, at the latest by 15th June 2024 at 10:00 PM local time and the opening of the bids will take place in a public session immediately, accompanied with a receipt of 500,000 RwF refundable to unsuccessful bidders. Late bids shall be rejected and bidders should sign in the tender register at the reception.
Notes:
- A refundable deposit of 500,000 Rwandan Francs to the account No.211-117708-1-5101-2 of Good Neighbors International opened in GT Bank is required from all participants. To the successful bidder, this amount will be part of the payment and the full payment shall be a bank transfer. However, the title transfer will take place after depositing least 50% of the total value of the bid.
- Participation in the competition is open on equal conditions to all bidders.
