Position Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients in both French and English. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects SGS Incorporation’s high standards of care. You will handle queries from diverse clients and provide timely, accurate support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.
