The Rwanda Interfaith Council on Health (RICH) hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their offers for the provision
of individual consultant to RICH: REFERENCE NUMBER: RICH/002/26: CONSULTANCY NAME: ENGAGING AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT TO ASSESS AND DOCUMENT SEVERE RISK FACTORS FOR INFORMING MALARIA CONTROL INTERVENTIONS IN SOUTHERN PROVINCE.
