The Integrated Center for Applied Management (ICAM) was founded in 2021 in response to a significant gap in support for aspiring entrepreneurs and startup founders. Recognizing the challenges many face in establishing and scaling their businesses, ICAM embarked on a mission to provide a structured platform for growth, mentorship, and learning.
In 2023, we expanded our efforts by introducing professional courses specifically tailored for startups and founders. These courses are designed to address key areas of entrepreneurship, from business modeling to product development. Over the past year, we have successfully trained more than 55 entrepreneurs, equipping them with the skills and insights necessary to navigate the complexities of modern business landscapes.
Today, ICAM stands as a beacon of support for innovative minds, offering resources and expertise to help turn ideas into impactful, sustainable ventures.

Purpose of the program
The purpose of this call is to identify and support innovative startups and entrepreneurs with promising ideas and growth potential. The Integrated Center for Applied Management (ICAM) aims to provide selected participants with tailored resources, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to navigate challenges and achieve long-term success in their entrepreneurial journey.
This initiative reflects ICAM’s mission to empower founders by fostering their growth, enhancing their skills, and equipping them with the necessary tools to make their ventures sustainable and impactful.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The startup should have been operational for less than two years.
- Founders should ideally be 30 years old or younger.
- Applications from female founders are strongly encouraged
- The business should demonstrate a focus on innovationin one of the key sectors listed above.
- Founders should be passionateand committed to scaling their venture.
