Towards furthering this cause, CHB is seeking qualified company to supply essential Office materials that support organization daily operations.
Scope of Work
General supplies refer to a broad category of essential goods that CHB requires to maintain efficient operations. These supplies contribute to office functionality, employee well-being, and productivity. The general supplies include, but are not limited to:
- Office Equipment & Furniture: Desks, chairs, cabinets, and other essential office items.
- Stationery & Office Supplies: Notebooks, pens, markers, staplers, folders, and general office consumables.
- Printing & Photocopying Supplies: Toners, cartridges, A4/A3 paper, printers, and related accessories.
- Cleaning & Hygiene Products: Tissue paper, hand sanitizers, detergents, disinfectants, and waste bins.
- Bottled Drinking Water and Juice: Essential for hydration and workplace comfort.
- IT & Electronic Accessories: Computer peripherals, external hard drives, flash drives, and power cables, etc.
CHB aims to establish a framework agreement with selected suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products at competitive prices.
Requirements
Interested suppliers must meet the following criteria:
- Be legally registered in Rwanda with a valid business license
- Demonstrate experience in supplying similar goods
- Provide proof of tax compliance
- Show financial capacity and supply capability
- Offer competitive pricing with quality assurance
- Provide references from at least three organizations they have supplied in the past
Evaluation Criteria
CHB will evaluate the received EOIs based on eligibility criteria, quality of products, past experience, and pricing. Only shortlisted suppliers will be invited for further discussions or negotiations.
Submission Guidelines
Interested applicants should submit their Expressions of Interest, including the following:
- Company profile detailing their experience and relevant projects.
- Copy of RGB registration certificate
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- List of products offered with price estimates per unit
- Contact details of at least three references
How to Apply and Submission Guidelines:
Interested applicants should submit their proposals, including both technical and financial proposals via procurement@chbrwanda.org or delivered in a sealed envelope to CHB’s Office located in Kigali-Kimironko by 31 March, 2025 5PM.
