Towards furthering this cause, CHB is seeking qualified company to offer transport services for the movement of staff and materials to various locations within Kigali and across Rwanda
Scope of Work
CHB requires transport services for the movement of staff and materials to various locations within Kigali and across Rwanda. Interested service providers should have a fleet of well-maintained vehicles and experienced drivers to support CHB’s operations. The selected providers will be engaged through a framework agreement for a fixed period of two years.
The scope of services includes but is not limited to:
- Transportation of CHB staff for field activities, training sessions, and official missions.
- Provision of vehicles with drivers for official CHB engagements.
- Ensuring vehicle availability as per CHB’s needs and schedule.
- Compliance with all legal and safety requirements for transport services.
Required vehicles will include but are not limited to:
- Seven-seat cars (preferable brands such as Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Prado, Toyota 4Runner, etc) for field missions and official duties.
- Five-seat cars for small teams and urban and rural transport.
- Mini-buses for group travel and training sessions.
All vehicles must be in good condition and capable of traveling on high-risk roads.
Requirements/ Eligibility Criteria
Interested transport service providers must meet the following criteria:
- Be legally registered in Rwanda with a valid RDB business license.
- Have a fleet of well-maintained vehicles with proper insurance coverage.
- Provide qualified and experienced drivers.
- Show proof of tax compliance.
- Be able to work in all district by which CHB may need them to go
- Demonstrate prior experience in providing similar transport services.
- Provide references from at least three organizations they have served in the past.
Evaluation Criteria
CHB will evaluate the received EOIs based on eligibility criteria, vehicle condition, service quality, and past experience. Shortlisted transport service providers may be invited for further discussions or negotiations.
Submission Guidelines
Interested service providers should submit their Expressions of Interest, including the following:
- Company profile detailing their experience and relevant projects.
- Copy of RGB registration certificate
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- List of available vehicles, their specifications and respective price with accordance to all districts.
- Evidence of past performance (e.g., contracts, recommendation letters).
- Contact details of at least three references.

Interested applicants should submit their proposals via procurement@chbrwanda.org or delivered in a sealed envelope to CHB’s Office located in Kigali-Kimironko by 31 March, 2025 5PM.
