As part of our efforts, we seek to engage a qualified supplier to print and supply YAhealth Games, an interactive educational tool designed to enhance young people’s knowledge of sexual and reproductive health and life skills.

Overview of YAhealth Game

YAhealth Game is an interactive board game designed to educate young people on sexual and reproductive health in a fun, engaging, and participatory manner. The game package includes: 1 Board Game80 Cards, 2 dice, 8 playing pieces and 1 Package Box.

Scope of Work

The selected supplier will be responsible for:

  • Supplying YAhealth Games that align with our educational objectives and community needs.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of the games to designated locations.
  • Providing quality assurance for the products supplied.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested suppliers must meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in producing or supplying educational games or similar learning tools.
  • Ability to ensure consistent supply and timely delivery.
  • Proven track record of working with health education programs or institutions.
  • Compliance with relevant procurement and supply regulations.

Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers should submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) including:

  • Company profile and experience in supplying similar products.
  • Evidence of previous work in the field of health education tools.
  • Proposed pricing per unit of YAhealth Games.
  • Delivery timelines and capacity to supply in required quantities.
  • Any additional relevant documentation.

Interested applicants can also visit the Community Health Boosters (CHB) office to view a sample of the YAhealth Game after depositing a non-refundable fee of 20,000 RWF into the CHB account number 000400698824920 found in Bank of Kigali. Proof of payment must be presented before accessing the sample.

Evaluation and Selection process

Submissions will be reviewed based on the eligibility criteria, experience, pricing, and capacity to deliver. Shortlisted suppliers may be invited for further discussions before final selection

Submission Guidelines

Interested applicants should submit the following:

  • Company profile detailing their experience and relevant projects.
  • Latest business registration certificate
  • Evidence of Tax registration and valid RRA Tax clearance certificate
  • Proof of using EBM justified by proof of the last tax declaration
  • Quotation specifying the supply cost.
  • Samples of previously printed educational materials (if any)

How to Apply and Submission Guidelines: 

Interested applicant should submit expression of Interest (EOIs) via procurement@chbrwanda.org  or delivered in a sealed envelope to CHB’s Office located in Kigali-Kimironko by 25 March, 2025.
