Director of Business Development (1) – Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
– Identify new markets and partnership opportunities.
– Lead client acquisition and maintain key relationships.
– Oversee bids, proposals, and contract negotiations.
– Set revenue growth targets and monitor performance.
– Lead marketing initiatives and represent the company externally.
– Lead, mentor, and support the business development team.		 – Strong business development, sales strategy, and marketing skills.
– Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management
– Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.		 – A Relevant Post Graduate Qualification (master’s in Business administration or strategic management).

– 6 years plus of relevant professional experience.
