- Bella flowers ltd (hereinafter called ‘’client”) has received funds from its ordinary budget of it towards the cost of the Provision of External Audit Service. Bella flowers Ltd invites eligible auditing firms to submit their bids on this tender only accredited external auditors in category 1 TIER 1 as published in April 2024 BY National bank of Rwanda.
- Each Tender Documents with clear terms of reference and instruction to bidders shall be obtained from Bella flowers Ltd head office at Gishali-Rwamagana-Rwanda in procurement office on 14 June 2024 upon presentation of proof of payment of a none refundable fee of RWF 10,000 on account No 593412329210356 opened in BPR.

Late bids will be rejected.
- The opening of bids will take place on the same day 10.30 a.m. prompt (local time) or 8:30 am GMT at Bella Flowers Ltd head office, Gishali-Rwamagana.
- Bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Bella Flowers procurement policy.
