Reference is made to the Letter of Invitation for the recruitment of a creative agency for the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) issued on 22^nd November 2024. ICPAR would like to inform all interested bidders that the deadline for bids submission which was initially 6^th December 2024 is extended up to 13^th December 2024.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled to take place on 10^th December 2025 at 10:00 am at ICPAR office, in the boardroom.

Other bidding terms and procedures remain unchanged.
