Assessment Overview 

Integrity is seeking a data collection partner to support an assessment commissioned by USAID that examines social cohesion and resilience dynamics in Rwanda. The assessment will inform USAID/Rwanda’s strategy and programming. Integrity intends to engage the services of a data collection partner to contribute to all stages of the assessment and organize qualified technical and operational staff to collect data in multiple districts of Rwanda.

Offeror Minimum Qualifications

In order to be eligible for consideration of an award, offerors must be legally registered to operate in Rwanda and have at least five years of relevant experience providing services similar to what are indicated in the RFP.

Integrity will promptly share the RFP with offerors who do so. Following this, any requests for information or clarification should be submitted via email (with the above RFP Number stated in the subject line) to the email address stated above, by no later than December 6. Integrity will provide all potential offerors with answers to all questions received prior to that deadline, by December 10. Integrity will not disclose the identity of the entities(s) who submitted questions or requests for clarification. In order to receive these answers and any other additional communications from Integrity regarding this opportunity (including potential amendments), interested organizations must register their interest by submitting an email to the address included in this notice.

The closing date and time for the receipt of proposals is December 16, 2024. via the the following email PEARL.procurement@integrityglobal.com Late submissions may not be accepted, at Integrity’s discretion.
