Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Request for Quotation for Supply Office stationaries
HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION, invites all Suppliers registered in Rwanda to submit their competitive Quotation for “Supply Office stationaries”.
This tendering process will result in entering into a contract with the successful and selected bidder. The period of performance for this effort shall be two years from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2028.
