As a leader in its market, Tractafric Equipment supplies job sites in various sectors with a wide range of new, used, and rental equipment: mining equipment, construction and public works (CPW), forestry equipment, spare parts, industrial and marine engines, power plants, generator sets, and handling forklifts.
YOUR MISSIONS
- The position involves supporting the sale of products and services by carrying out sales-related tasks, with the challenge being to significantly develop and strengthen the quality of service perceived by the customer.
- Reporting to the General Manager, he or she must assist in achieving sales targets.
MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE ROLE/POSITION
- Implementation of defined policies.
- Overseeing the delivery of services to customers
- Processing specific preventive and/or corrective information requests using queries and database tools
- Monitoring compliance with commercial procedures
- Handling anomalies related to contracts and billing
- Analyzing and summarizing a problem raised by a customer
- Summarizing information contained in the database and formulating appropriate responses to the customer.
- Ensure the administrative management of sales
- Develop and conduct customer satisfaction surveys and interpret the results.
- Propose corrective measures for improved customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to providing key information to marketing and technical departments on customer behavior and usage
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on deals, etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Skilled in commercial negotiation, dynamic
- Good accounting skills
- Knowledge of office and IT tools
- Good writing skills, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Organized and responsive
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Education/Level: 2 years of post-secondary education / Business, Management
- 2 years’ experience in rental management
