SWAD Digital Solutions is expanding nationwide and is looking for high-performing, ambitious, and business-oriented Distribution sales specialists and Marketing Representative across Rwanda. We provide advanced digital products more than 10 software solutions globally including HOTELGO, our flagship hotel management system currently being used in Rwanda.
We are seeking Distribution sales specialists and Marketing Representative for the following regions: Kigali City, Eastern Province, Western Province, Northern Province and Southern Province

A. Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a SWAD Digital Distribution sales specialist and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for:
1. Sales, Promotion & Market Expansion
- Introducing, promoting, and selling HOTELGO and all SWAD Digital software within your assigned region.
- Conducting sales presentations, demonstrations, and product pitches.
- Developing new business leads, identifying opportunities, and converting prospects into clients.
- Building strong relationships with hotels, apartments, motels, lodges, enterprises, and SMEs.
2. Client Support & Account Management
- Offering first-level customer support and onboarding guidance to clients.
- Providing product training and ensuring users understand features and benefits.
- Escalating technical issues to the SWAD Digital technical team.
- Maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring long-term retention.
3. Intelligence & Reporting
- Conducting competitor analysis, market needs assessments, and customer feedback collection.
- Preparing weekly sales reports and achievement updates.
- Recommending new strategies to improve product presence and market penetration.
4. Business Development & Strategy Execution
- Representing SWAD Digital in your region with professionalism.
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participating in planning sessions, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Ensuring compliance with SWAD Digital’s operational and branding standards.
B. Qualifications & Experience Required
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Hotel management knowledge or experience is a strong added advantage.
- Marketing knowledge and experiences is also as advantages
- If no professional degree but with the proven working experience you should be eligible to apply.
Required Experience
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Prior experience in selling IT software, hotel management systems, ERP systems, or digital products is highly preferred.
- Experience managing business targets, KPIs, or commission-based plans.
- If no professional degree but with the proven working experience you should be eligible to apply.
- Having network/connection with the hotels in Rwanda is added as advantages
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver on strict timelines.
- High motivation, self-discipline, and commitment to achieving targets.
- Good understanding of Rwanda’s regional business environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Familiarity with technology and digital platforms.

C. Required Working Materials

- Stable internet connection for demonstrations, client onboarding, and reporting.
- A smartphone with internet access for communication, marketing, and system access.
- A personal laptop (core requirement for software demonstrations, reporting, and presentations).
D. Additional Information
- This is a partnership based entirely on performance, but with high earning potential.
- A probation period will apply for all successful candidates before they are fully eligible to participate in the program.
- Should be ready to start working immediately
