- The objective of this Letter of Invitation (LOI) is to invite potential companies with competence in supplying and installing Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) on Rwandan market, to submit their competitive bids for this tender.
- This Letter of Invitation is addressed to all competent companies with vast experience in the supply and installation of Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) in Rwanda. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding(NCB).
- Potential Bidders interested to bid shall purchase the Tender Document at nonrefundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 RWF) via Account Number: 00048-00394853-25 open in Bank of Kigali, in the names of Ultimate Developers Ltd, and obtain the Tender Document by presenting the proof of payment either physically or via email: procurement@udl.rw, and may obtain further information on the Tender Documents at UDL Head Office (Address below) during office hours 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. Local Time:

- Well typed bids written in English, clearly marked with the Tender Title and tender reference number shall be deposited in sealed envelopes at the Procurement Office of UDL not later than June 7, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. local time (8:00 a.m. GMT). Online submission is not allowed.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on June 7, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. local time (08:30 a.m. GMT) in the Board Room of UDL HQ, 9th Floor /RSSB Building–Tower II. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days after the Deadline for Bid Submission prescribed above.
- The procurement process shall be done in compliance with the UDL Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual.
