RwandAir Ltd, (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Upgrade of Dangerous Goods Storage as indicated in details in the statement of Requirements.

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 28th, May 2024 RwandAir, Procurement Office at Head Office located at Kigali International Airport from 9:00am to 17:00pm.

A compulsory site visit is scheduled on 10th, June 2024at 11:00 a.m. local time at RwandAir Head Office at Kigali International Airport. Interested bidders will be required to submit National Identification card or passports of the representatives who will be attending site visit at least Five (5) days prior to the site visit date to apply for access permits.

Well-printed bids properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach the RwandAir procurement office at the address mentioned above Not later than 19th, June 2024 at 11:00 am (local time). The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference no 275/WB/05/2023-2024 with title as Upgrade of Dangerous Goods Storage. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two Million Six Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Nine Rwandan Francs (2,693,649) issued by any commercial bank or a reputable financial.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at RwandAir Head Office, Kigali International Airport2nd floor in the main boardroom at 11:30am or 9:30 am GTM. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the bid submission deadline.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir Procurement Policy and procedure manual as amended to date.

RwandAir, however, reserves all the rights to cancel this tender any time before contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
