TENDER NOTICE
Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc wishes to invite all interested bidders to participate in a tender for renovation of the new location of Muhanga Branch. All interested bidders are requested to submit closed envelopes containing their offers and the bids are composed of 3 lots:
Lot 1: Branch renovation
Lot 2: BC Site construction
Lot 3: Demolition for the existing Branch.
Interested bidders can obtain the terms and conditions of this tender at the Head Office of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc, upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of fifty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 50,000) payable on the account No. 00047920000 opened in the names of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc.
Bidders will be allowed on-site visit at Muhanga Branch during the bidding period from 10:00- 12:00 AM to take needed measurements.
Closed envelopes containing detailed information and related prices shall be submitted at the reception desk of the Head Office located in CHIC Building ,2nd floor not later than 4th October 2024, at 02:00 PM.
The public opening of bids will take place on 4th October 2024, at 03:00 PM in the Bank’s meeting room in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
