Tender Title:Provision of Waste Collection Services

The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) is a kind of university focused on training the next generation of global leaders in health care delivery. The university launched its campus in Butaro, Burera District, in the Northern part of Rwanda on January 25th, 2019. In addition to its flagship degree program: the Master of Science in Global Health Delivery, it also launched the inaugural cohort of the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery the same year in July. UGHE is seeking a qualified and experienced waste management service provider to collect and dispose of waste from UGHE campus dumpsters in a safe, timely, and environmentally compliant manner. The service aims to ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness on campus while adhering to local environmental regulations.

In line with the above, UGHE is seeking a service provider capable of collecting and disposing of waste from campus dumpsters in a safe, timely, and environmentally compliant manner. The successful service provider will be responsible for ensuring that all waste handling aligns with national environmental regulations and UGHE’s internal health and safety standards.

All proposals from interested and qualified bidders must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.phpno later than 12:00 AM Kigali time on June 25th, 2025.

The results of the public opening session will be available in the eProcurement system starting on June 26th, 2025.
