The Centre for Impact, Innovation and Capacity Building for Health Information Systems and Nutrition (CIIC-HIN) (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”), through the TRACE Project funded by the Gates Foundation, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit quotations for the revamp of the Rwanda National Ethics Committee (RNEC) Website. This tender comprises one (1) lot covering the required services.
Submission Requirements
- Bidders must submit the two (2) copies of detailed price quotation to: administration@ciichin.org and copy to owane@ciichin.org
- Bidders must provide three (3) samples of websites previously developed, shared via links and accompanied by evidences demonstrating that the bidder developed them.
- Late submissions will be rejected.
- The Scope of Work and additional requirements are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (ToRs).
