The selection of best bidder will be done using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the tender document hereby attached.

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all taxes.

Interested bidders should fulfil the following requirements:

  • RDB registration certificate
  • Proven experience in provision of similar items to be supplied with three (3) certificates of good completion from trusted institutions
  • Valid tax clearance certificate provided by RRA
  • RSSB valid clearance certificate
  • Proof of having electronic billing machine (EBM) by providing a copy of invoice submitted in the past
  • Be ready to supply all items within reasonable time not exceeding 5 Daysafter receiving the purchase order

Bids including above requirements (original and one copy) will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Tuesday 22nd October 2024 at 11:00 am (Kigali Time).

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 11:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI in Kicukiro District, Niboye sector.
