Tender for validated employee feedback survey instruments

Transforming Engagements (TES) Ltd is a leadership consulting firm that uses validated employee feedback survey instruments to assist companies to improve their performance. The survey instruments that TES currently uses have been developed by Human Synergistics International (HSI), a leading international organisation head quartered in the US.

TES is interested in sourcing validated employee feedback survey instruments from a Rwandan based supplier. The purpose of this would be to support the local service industry and reduce the cost of currently imported services.

Interested suppliers of validated employee feedback survey instruments are requested to respond to this tender request by noon on Friday 1 November 2024 to the following email address: christian@transformingengagements.com . Note that this tender is only open to companies that are registered in Rwanda and can provide the validated survey instruments as required.

Successful tender applications must provide the following answers and documents :

  • Name of organisation, brief description of services, name of executive officers
  • Certificate of Domestic Company Registration from the Rwanda Development Board (full PDF copy required)
  • Tax Clearance Certificate from the Rwandan Revenue Authority (RRA) issued no more than 90 days before 1 November 2024 (full PDF copy required)
  • List of survey instruments that the organisation can provide (see requirements below). For each instrument:
  • give a brief description of the instrument
  • explain how the instrument has been validated
  • provide publications in which the instrument has been validated
  • advise how many times the instrument has been used
  • provide the cost per survey instrument & above instrument service costs
  • Outline how surveys are executed and how data is shared. In particular, is there the opportunity to receive both individual survey results and aggregate reports across individuals and project.
  • Provide Successful Completion Certificates for three clients projects that the organisation has completed over the past year (signed PDF copies required)

The three survey instruments that TES would be interested in would include:

  • A 360 degree leadership survey (similar HSI Leadership Impact survey)
  • A group impact survey (similar HSI Group Styles Inventory)
  • An organisational culture survey (similar HSI Organisational Culture Inventory)
