Subject: Contract for the purchase of sports equipment

Dear Sir/Madam,

Play International (PLAY) is a non-governmental organization founded in 1999. We design and implement education and inclusion projects for children and young people in vulnerable situations.

As part of our Toutes En sport project currently being implemented in Rwanda, Play International is inviting bids for sport equipment as it mentioned in the attached documents.

The call for tenders consists of two separate lots to allow suppliers to submit a bid for one or both lots.
