Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc wishes to invite all interested bidders (Individual or Company) to participate in a tender process for Business Continuity Management Consultancy Services. All interested bidders are requested to submit two closed envelopes containing their financial offer and technical documents in different envelope.
Interested bidders can obtain the terms and conditions of this tender at Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office, upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of thirty Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 30,000) payable on the Account No. 00047920000 opened in the names of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc.
Both Closed and siled envelopes containing financial offer and technical documents shall be submitted to the reception desk of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office located in CHIC Building, 2nd Floor not later than 16th October 2024 at 02:00 PM.
The public opening will take place on 16th October 2024, at 02:30PM in the Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Meeting room in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
