Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe (PFTH) is an Umbrella of Rwandan Civil Society Organizations aiming at the advancement of women’s status, peace, and development. It was established in October 1992, and currently represents 53 member organizations within the country.

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR
PRODUCTION AND PRINTING OF COMMUNICATION MATERIALS
PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE (PFTH) is a national civil society umbrella organization for 53 civil society organizations that advance Gender equality throughout Rwanda’s development process. Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe’s mission is to eradicate all forms of discrimination against women, to promote women’s socio-economic, political and legal status, and to enhance the institutional and organizational capacity of the umbrella and its member organizations through promotion of sustainable human development based on gender equality, peace, justice and human rights.
PFTH is looking for a company to design and print the promotional materials. The selected company will work closely with PFTH to design, edit and produce different communication materials to deliver the messages to different target audiences.
Tender Documents are obtained on any working day from 8:30 am to 5:00pm local time at PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE Central Secretariat Office, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs(10,000Frw) to the account No: 1002190104949201 of PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE opened in ACCESS Bank.
Well-printed and properly bound proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelopes. The application shall be addressed to the Executive Director of Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe and shall be submitted at PFTH Head Office in Gahanga sector, Kicukiro district –Kigali City, not later than Thursday 26th June 2025 at 10:00 AM (Local time). The public opening of the proposals will take place on the same day at 10:30 AM.
NB: Proposals that are not properly bound will be rejected. The Title of the tender should be indicated on the envelope.
