RECRUITING A DIGITAL MARKETING TRAINER TO DELIVER TRAINING TO WOMEN-LED COOPERATIVES IN GASABO AND NYARUGURU DISTRICTS
Background
Women for Women Rwanda (WfW-Rwanda) is a non-for-profit national NGO. Its mission seeks to support women and girls in Rwanda to break the vicious circle of poverty and social exclusion, by enabling them to become socially and economically capable to lead themselves and their community to better health, education, and social conditions. Since its establishment, Women for Women Rwanda has been implementing different initiatives aiming at promoting women’s socio-economic empowerment.
In partnership with GIZ, Women for Women Rwanda has initiated 18 months project “Strengthening Women-led Cooperatives in Rwanda” which aims at increasing competitiveness and income for cooperative members in French beans, strawberry, tailoring and leather products making value chains in Gasabo and Nyaruguru districts.
WfW-Rwanda is seeking a qualified Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver training sessions to members of women’s cooperatives.

Deliverables/Responsibilities
The Trainer is expected to:
- Ensure all training equipment are well managed and well used during the training
- Provide key basic knowledge in Digital marketing including:
- Introduction to Digital Marketing
- Building an Online Presence
- Using Social Media for Business Growth
- Digital Advertising, Analytics & Practical Sessions
- Selling Online & Engaging Customers
- Digital Payments & E-commerce Basics
- Assess women’s progress and provide monthly reports
- To perform other related tasks assigned by his/her supervisor
