EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR MICROSURVEY SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE AND SOFTWARE TO TRINITY METALS LTD

Trinity Metal Ltd is seeking for a qualified and local Rwandan service provider to undertake MicroSurvey Subscription License and Software for Trinity Metals operation in Rwanda.

Scope of Work for MicroSurvey Subscription License and Software:

The scope of the MicroSurvey Subscription License Softwarework includes but not limited to the following:

1. Software Installation, Configuration, and Integration

  • Deploy and configure the MicroSurvey subscription license and survey modelling software across Trinity Metals’ systems.
  • Ensure compatibility with existing IT infrastructure and integrate with databases containing survey and geological data.
  • Establish secure user access and license management protocols. 

2. Training, Support, and Maintenance

  • Deliver training sessions for Trinity Metals’ geologists and engineers on software use, modelling workflows, and visualization tools.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and periodic updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Establish a maintenance plan for license renewals, software upgrades, and user support.

Eligibility and Competency Requirements

Interested parties must:

  1. Have a local office licensed to distribute and deploy MicroSurvey licences.
  2. Technical support and training for MicroSurvey and related platforms located in Rwanda.
  3. Provide a proven track record in delivering MicroSurvey and other Mining IT solutions to local and regional clients.
  4. Demonstrate capacity to train and integrate survey and geological datasets into software platforms.
  5. Demonstrate availability of qualified personnel with relevant experience of deploy and training in MicroSurvey.

  • Application Cover Letter introducing your Company/Individual expressing interest, availability, and a brief business and experience profile including qualifications and experience.
  • CVs of proposed personnel demonstrating integration of MicroSurvey licenses at 5 operations
  • Summary of qualifications and relevant experience.
  • Indicative timeframe and approach.
  • Details of at least five similar projects undertaken in the last five years.
  • Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB.
  • VAT Registration.
  • Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA
