Selection of Suitable Office Premises in Kigali CBD (Commercial Business District)
1. Background and Context
Letshego Rwanda PLC intends to identify and secure suitable premises for its combined Head Office and Corporate Branch operations in Kigali.
2. Purpose of the Assignment
To engage an independent firm to identify, evaluate, value and recommend suitable office premises.
3.Scope of Services
Market search; technical assessment; banking security review/consideration; valuation; lease due diligence; sustainability review; ranking and recommendation.
4. Minimum Property Requirements
Location, building quality, banking layout, security, utilities, parking, compliance, sustainability and expansion capacity.
5. Deliverables
Inception report, longlist, shortlist, valuation report, due diligence report, sustainability report, final recommendation and presentation.
6. Consultant Eligibility
Legally registered firm with proven commercial property valuation and brokerage expertise and qualified professionals.
7. Proposal Submission Requirements
Technical proposal, methodology, work plan, team CVs, references and separate financial proposal.
8. Confidentiality
All information shall be treated as confidential.
9. Conflict of Interest
Any actual or potential conflict must be disclosed.
10. Deadline for proposal submission
All proposals must be submitted no later than 19th August 2026 at 5:00PM (Rwanda Time).
11. Rights of Letshego Rwanda PLC
Letshego may accept or reject proposals and request clarifications.
