LuxDev is the agency responsible for the implementation of the bilateral development cooperation between the government of Luxembourg and the government of Rwanda. This permanent, full-time position goes beyond routine compliance; it is an opportunity to empower project teams and national partners by translating complex data into meaningful insights and actionable project adaptations. Eligibility and evaluation criteria a) Origin: No restriction c) Eligibility: Economic operators satisfying the criteria included in the statement of good standing and in the ethics clauses of the general regulations. c) Evaluation: The most economically advantageous tender on the basis of price, administrative and technical criteria and incoterm CPT (Mombasa port, Kenya) will be granted the contract. d) Variants: Variants will be considered 4. In the event where complementary or additional acquisition of goods would be required (initially not included), its value will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the initial value of the contract.
